I charge for editing services by the project. Before I begin work, I will request 3-5 sample pages from you, from which I will determine approximately how long the project will take.

After I review your sample pages, I will return them to you with my edits so that you can see exactly what you’ll be getting for your money. I will also prepare a contract for you, including the total cost and anticipated delivery date of your project. The contract will specify the required deposit amount, if any, and payment terms.

Think of the sample page edits as a test drive–if you feel I’m not the right editor for your project, you will not be charged and we will part as friends.
